IMO is seeking an experienced government / regulatory affairs member to join the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) as Manager, Government and Standards. Support the OCMO in carrying out IMO’s business interests related to regulatory agencies, standards organizations and private industry stakeholders, assist in the monitoring of IMO’s compliance with HIT standards and HIT industry policies and help to develop and implement a strategy for the above.
• 5+ years’ experience in healthcare industry assessing healthcare policy, public affairs research, HL7 and ONC - related projects and activities
• Strong technical skills with ability to communicate highly technical product requirements and features at a variety of levels, internally and externally
