We've had some feedback from the CDA Management Group on the Encounter Summary scenario document and I'm working on updating it. If all goes well, the new version will be out on Monday. We are adding some healthcare information that occurred both before the appendectomy operation and after to see how implementers handle "static" non-encounter information.
