Comodo contacted me to let me know that I can contact them.
I told them that I am interested @Adam Woodcock in getting code signing cert
they said they are having a sale
But I haven't heard back on what that means yet
but I think it's the right path to go down
If they're having a sale of some kind that definitely sounds like it would be helpful to us in terms of getting this sorted out. Probably makes it The Most Affordable Option depending on how good the sale is.
I never heard anything about that gforge pointer record
dammit
Comodo emailed and told me to call
Calling now
well, i hung up on them
they required i use internet explorer to make the purchase
i'm having a bad microsoft day
but i did find this out
:/
I can purchase this through the same company that we just got our ssl for hl7.org
Oh, that's helpful.
I'm going to log in to there and see what I can figure out
Sure, makes sense.
especially because our login is already associated with the organization
Mmhm.
Where's the md file for the dns?
It's under hardware. I'm going to move it to Network/DNS though, since I realized that's a folder that exists.
It's been moved now.
GForge added the pointer record on their rackspace servers and it all works now.
I've got to upload a .8 gig file to youtube. I'm thinking about 5:30 being the best time to do so.
what's not clear to me about this Zulip is how it's going to be organised. Are we going to have a stream per committee? per product family? per published standard?
In the EST meeting last week the concensus was a working group is a stream and has topics. However, other things could certainly be streams.
so should we create those streams?
I think it's something that is being rolled out slowly as working groups come on, and not a mass creation
Co Chairs are being invited, and they have the ability to invite, but it's not open invitation.
ok
And as necessary, the streams are being created
I see that I have organizational admin and the ability to update the description. I'll get a link to the GOM in the description now. If there's another better place, please let me know
well, what we did for FHIR is create a page on the wiki. We can add additional notes to that as we see fit, and reference the GOM from there
I see. So there's a page on the wiki that outlines zulip usage. That makes sense.
what would be really cool would be if there was a concall stream where conferences were announced with appropriate info/links a few minutes before they start....
there's a google calendar bot....
