ps: The term "templates repository" is mentioned in 《HL7_TEMPLATES_R1_2018MAY.pdf》 from HL7.

Rene Spronk (Mar 15 2019 at 06:29):There is no 'offical' v3 templates repository. There are a few CDA templating tools (MDHT, Trifolia, ART DECOR) which hold lots of v3 templates for v3-CDA documents, and ART DECOR holds a repository of some of the v3 messaging profiles. In v3 most repositories (if they exist at all) were created at the project level (e.g. a national infrastructure project).
The lack of centrally available repository is v3 is one of the reasons for having on in FHIR.
